As I casually asked my cousin about one day becoming a profession photographer, he proceeded to tell me that it takes true passion to start something and continue it despite any circumstances. Even if school, work, other responsibilities get in the way, there will always be time for things you are truly passionate about. I always thought that photography was something I should just pursue seriously after school was over and done with… but that’s not the case. As I continue to casually take more and more photos, I realize my love for photography is growing much more than I thought, to the point where I find myself making time for it unintentionally. It’s such a strange feeling, every time I think about when I can find time to go on another photoshoot, fills my heart with excitement. I feel like my heart skips a beat when I think about venturing outside to take photos. I guess this is what having passion feels like.
